Return policy for *When purchasing on a sale, example a one day less 10%, no free shipping will apply. *If product is returned(back in the position of CAG) within 7 days as of delivery date, you can request a refund or exchange.
*After the 7 days as of package delivery date you may exchange but no refund will be allocated.
*Exchanges are only allowed within 14days of purchase.If you have chosen a credit balance or given a credit balance due to exchange being within the 14days, please note that your credit balance is only valid as of the date issued for 6 months. There after it's a non in void.
*Client will be charged for the courier to collect parcel and for new item to be shipped to them, or you may send the parcel back to Champagne And Glitter's head office by your own preferred courier company.
*If any signs can been noticed by our exchange team, that the item has been worn or damaged you can be denied a refund/exchange.
