Refund policy

If product is returned within 7 days as of purchased date, you can request a refund or exchange. 

After the 7 days as of purchase date you may exchange but no refund will be allocated. 

Client will be charged for the courier to collect parcel, or you may send the parcel back to C & G's head office by your own preferred courier company.  

If any signs can been noticed by our exchange team, that the item has been worn or damaged you can be denied a refund/exchange. 

In order to process your refund banking details may be required.
